6c11fb2751 [Bugfix] Refactored Configurations: 
-Configuration refactor
  -stages are toggled individually
  -removed set-up-to-stage method
-MotorInstance refactor: multiple Lists -> one map<MotorId,MotorInstance>
    moved most of the fields to MotorInstance.java
