- Simulations now load the configuration ids corresponding to it's file entry.
  - involved removing redundand flightconfig id fields
    - FROM simulation conditions and simulation options
    - TO "Simulation"
- Distilled some unit tests to use all rockets from the TestRocket class.
- Fixed a few warnings
